It's good to see the article in the recent Jersey Enterprise newsletter advocating the benefits of buying local. An objective very much aligned to those of Creative Jersey.

Jersey Enterprise will soon be launching a campaign to encourage people to ‘Think Twice Buy Local’. Anyone involved with the 7:45 Breakfast Club groups may already be familiar with the concept, which was developed by Rod Bryans following some insightful comments from Kevin Keen about the wider benefits that the Island enjoys when people buy locally. In essence, the campaign is about provoking both consumers and businesses to think about their options whenever they make a purchase and to consider local options.
The campaign is not about protectionism – local companies must always work hard to remain competitive – but it is about supporting and promoting excellence in local business across all sectors of the economy. The campaign is being actively supported by
